What will the apprentice be doing?
As a customer service apprentice, you will support our client facing teams with day-to-day activities using phone, email, and SMS/WhatsApp. This will include activities such as:
· Managing the daily post
· Responding to client emails
· Filling documents and noting client policies
· Supporting clients to make changes to a policy
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Completing a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship with Freeway Insurance and Warrington and Vale Royal College.
No attendance at the college required but you will have time each week to complete college work
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The apprenticeship is the foundation to many client facing roles within Sales, Customer Service or Claims. There are opportunities to continue your professional development and gain industry qualifications.
