What will the apprentice be doing?
Providing one to one personal centred care for the service users.
Dealing with the service users families.
Attending regular meeting and updates for the service users needs.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
Full training will be provided by the training provided by the employer with the support of the training.
20% off the job training will be provided by the employer for the apprenticeship.
There will be mandatory training that the employer will need you to complete as part of the training requried for the role.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Having gained a year’s worth of work experience and a qualification you will be offered a full time permanent postion.
