What will the apprentice be doing?

Preparing fresh ingredients.

Understanding different preperation methods.
Making home made pasta.
Organising a section.
Plating dishes.

Understanding different cooking techniques.
Communicating effectively with Head Chef and the team

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Hospitality Team Member - Food Production

Training will take place in the work place and on line with the training provider. Through out your programme you will attend on line and face to face learning which is completed within your work place and via teams meetings.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Increase in wages/promotion

Further progression may well be available in other areas within our sector, upon successful completion of Hospitality team member Level 2.
