What will the apprentice be doing?

Main Duties: 

  • Receiving and sorting incoming mail
  • Covering reception
  • Preparing letters, documents and forms and arranging their signature and posting
  • Dealing with clients both personally and on the telephone
  • Scanning documents for the team
  • Liaising on the telephone with Solicitors, Barristers, Insurance Companies, Experts and their support staff
  • Manage own work load
  • Diary Management arranging client's appointments, meetings and other work commitments
  • Ensuring the data base and other office systems are maintained and kept in order
