What will the apprentice be doing?

Cashmores offers a busy but fun environment to work within. The current team has many years experience and would welcome a new member to the team by offering exceptional support. The company offers first class training and there is a genuine desire to progress and promote internally.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Raising conversions (job sheets).
  • Liaising with the production team on completion date of jobs.
  • Liaising with customers to inform them of when their orders will arrive.
  • Performing general administration duties.
  • Answering phone calls.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
  • Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)
  • Full IT system (BTS) training

This is an entry level role with the opportunity to develop and build a long-term career. Cashmores have a proven track record using the apprenticeship scheme, in the last 10 years we have had several personnel who have completed the course and are still with the business to this day, including our current General Manager, Production Supervisor and Production Team Leader. We currently have two apprentices one of which has been internally promoted to a Sales Account Managers role before his course has finished.
