What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is looking to start a career in digital marketing. Joining the team of this leading ski tour operator, you will develop your skills and knowledge in SEO, advertisement on social media platforms, taking part in various campaigns and more. 

As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you will be:

  • Developing newsworthy ideas for press releases and press trips
  • Supporting and contributing to content and engagement on social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram)
  • Contributing to our blogs for both brands – this involves writing blogs, planning content, optimising and maintaining existing blog pages
  • Assisting with the content management of the company websites
  • Producing and analysing Google Search Console reports and actioning improvements in SEO

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete an 18 month apprenticeship which includes 17 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

There may be the potential for a full-time role to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
