What will the apprentice be doing?

Key responsibilities:
• General administration for clients and colleagues
• Managing emails with ticketing system
• Office management and office supplies
• Taking calls and welcoming visitors
• Dealing with client queries
• Assisting with client quotations, placing orders
• Forwarding invoices to finance
• Assisting with projects
• Following policies & procedures to comply with QuoStar's ISO accreditations
• Other tasks/duties as required
• Striving for continuous improvement in everything you do

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will receive the majority of your training on the job and will be required to attend Bournemouth College on a term time day release (fortnightly) basis throughout the apprenticeship. You will also undertake any training required by QuoStar.

Qualifications:
• Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship
• Functional skills English and Maths Level 2 (if required)
