What will the apprentice be doing?

Who we are looking for:

Sovereign is an investor in people and as such we are looking for an Apprentice who can grow with the role. We are looking for someone who is keen to learn about business, accounts, and administration.

Main Duties Admin/Accounts:

  • Printing
  • Filing
  • Phone calls/incoming
  • Order processing
  • Phone calls to suppliers
  • Order processing
  • Entering invoices
  • Raising invoices
  • Checking statements
  • Entering payments

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
  • Full on the job training will be given by the employer, on site
  • Training will be delivered via on site face to face meetings & remote calls with your tutor, within your working week

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • A permanent position may be available for the right apprentice
