What will the apprentice be doing?

We are Hilite Services. A well-established Carpet Cleaner manufacturing, repair and products supplier company based in Tanfield, who are looking to employ a new addition to their Company.

•Answering customer telephone calls.
•Sorting customer queries.
•Sorting customers’ orders into date order.
•Placing orders with suppliers via telephone/email.
•A range of other administrative tasks relevant to the role.

  • Follow health and safety instructions
    Respond to customers’ needs.
  • Answer all incoming calls, both internal and external, redirecting/ taking messages when necessary and acting on instructions received.
  • Monitor emails and make sure these are passed to relevant departments.

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner standard.
