End Point Assessment.

You will be required to attend Dudley College for your day release.

Functional Skills may be required.

In house training will be given on each new brush manufacturing machine and through levels of manufacturing achievement alongside your engineering apprenticeship at Dudley College.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

To become a fully qualified Technical Brush Engineer, working in solution provision, design, application and manufacturing through to customer care & after sales. Opportunity to learn Solid Works design software after a period of time

We are a niche market brush & seal manufacturer providing brushing & sealing solutions to industry worldwide. Our business fulfils many of the design & manufacturing areas which other brush companies do not normally undertake. i.e. we do not make brooms or paint brushes, though we have the capability to do so. We design and manufacture brush & sealing parts for existing & innovative machinery etc.
