What will the apprentice be doing?

- Supporting a team of Fee Earners within the Firm - Using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - General day to day admin including filing and email management - Amending and formatting legal documentation - Providing support to additional fee earners, as necessary - Answering the phones, dealing with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties and effectively transferring the information - Any other tasks delegated by the Head of Department and/Practice Manager

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Business Administrator Level 3 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possible progression to higher level or permanent employment for the right candidate.
