What will the apprentice be doing?

In this role you will:

  • Complete the Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship and apply the knowledge, skills, and experience to the workplace with the support of the manager, team, and training provider as well as the Group’s internal Academy
  • Be eager to learn and to share knowledge with others, using available resources and own initiative to grow an understanding of developments across the automotive industry
  • Maintain systems by demonstrating attention to detail by checking the data accuracy of sales orders and updating where necessary
  • Demonstrate good communication skills, whether face-to-face, on the telephone, in writing or on digital platforms. Using the most appropriate channels to communicate effectively while demonstrating agility and confidence.
  • Understand the customers’ requirements and arrange the preparation of the stock to meet their requirements
  • Assist teams across the business on documentation queries and administrative best practice promoting a positive attitude to create a cohesive team which will take the business forward.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The training will be delivered via 8 virtual modules throughout the 15 month apprenticeship. The apprentice will recieve a level 3 qualification in Business Administration
