What will the apprentice be doing?

Create new business leads by contacting companies to create new business opportunities, ensure the sales enquiry process is conducted in a timely manner that meets internal procedures and customer satisfaction, engage in discussing company’s current workforce with a view of offering bespoke training to upskill them, actively support the preparation of promotions, exhibition events to attract new clients and candidates, provide a professional service to customers, identify the company’s requirements / vacancy, complete all relevant paperwork, advertise vacancies, interview candidates to check suitability, shortlist candidates, arrange interview, contact 24 months prior to interview to support, contact the same day for feedback after the interview (apprentice and employer), Set up initial assessments for successful candidates, arrange start date for successful candidate, pass completed paperwork over for processing.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours to be a competent Resourcer within a Recruitment sector. You'll be working towards the Recruitment Resourcer Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard. This will be work based learning at the employers location with monthly tutor visits.
