The role of a Facilities Operative Apprentice is to support the smooth running of the facilities site/sites. This position would suit someone who wishes to start a career in property management and is passionate about the industry. This is an outward-facing role where liaison with customers is a key priority and forms a major part of the role.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Support the delivery of the responsibilities of the Facilities Services function in complying with policies and procedures.
Address FS-related Risks, hazards and threats to people, property and premises.
Beyond your immediate team, Facilities Services Operatives (FSOs) liaise with colleagues in other departments.
Provide customer service to customers to ensure the effective delivery of a range of facilities services.
Support the delivery of FS projects.
Maintain soft FS services.
