What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking to expand our team in our Cannock depot and develop future talent to support our Sales structure. Reporting to the depots Head of Free Trade Sales and working with a dedicated mentor within a small team .Over the duration of the apprenticeship your time will focused on the sales process and a chance to apply your learning from the outset.
- Small team you will be the primary point of contact for Sales related issues and the provision of effective, timely and high quality support for our sales teams
- Within Sales Administration you will handle and resolve a wide range of admin duties,
- Handle and resolve call handling and email management all in an efficient and professional manner whilst ensuring confidentiality
- Effective handling of inbound and outbound calls, and the provision of solutions to service issues.

Manage monthly price movements and protect the company margin whilst giving the Sales business managers a positive experience.
But don’t worry full training will be given and you will be supported through the journey.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This role is supported by a Business Administrator level 3 apprenticeship programme. This will be delivered by the apprenticeship college through workshops, theatre based learning and IT specific session through live virtual sessions twice monthly. On-going skills coach support with be provided throughout.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The successful completion of this apprenticeship could lead to a permanent position in our structure. This then provides a wide range of further opportunities from Telesales to Field Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Transport and supervisory and management across the Bidfood UK business.
