What will the apprentice be doing?

Key Accountabilities

·        To be able to input data onto all internal and external systems in line with data protection for the purpose of creating training files for new drivers and updating files for existing drivers.

·        To be able to provide support in all administration functions within the Training Department as and when required

·        To support at recruitment assessment centres

·        To monitor and respond to queries in the training email inbox

·        Duties and responsibilities vary from time to time and the post holder will be expected to perform other such duties, which are reasonably comparable in accordance with the conditions appertaining to the post and to meet operational requirements.

·        Be passionate about all aspects of the role and, in particular, about delivering business excellence, process improvements and quality standards throughout the organisation.

·        Be able to communicate and build a rapport with people across all levels of the business.

The apprenticeship training with be with us - Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships through the UK. You will have 20% of your time set aside for paid apprenticeship self-studies with tutor support.
