The right individual will gain exposure to working alongside experienced hospitality managers, whilst learning the day-to-day operational aspects of the business and applying efficiencies where possible.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Maintain the agenda for management meetings.
  • Take and circulate minutes from meetings.
  • Assist with updates and analysis of till reports to aid the management team in decision making.
  • Assist with online stock takes and provide updates to management.
  • Prepare analysis of current inventory and stock.
  • Co-ordination of upcoming website and social media changes.
  • Maintaining the business with images and videos used for social media campaigns.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. Day Release will be at NWSLC - 80% on the job learning with 20% off the job learning at The Arches 

Functional Skill Maths, English and IT (if required)
