What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment setting for the sales team
  • Collaboratively work with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
  • Effectively communicate and present the show to customers
  • Proactively use social media platforms and email to set up call-backs for the sales team
  • Research key areas of the show to identify new markets and leaders in the industry
  • Work with the marketing team to create informative and engaging articles to share across our channels to generate leads
  • Help assist with the development of proposals for the sales team
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course.

These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre.

You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between you tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work.

If required we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Your progression within the business would be to work up to a lucrative sales role. In time you will develop the skills to build and maintain excellent business relationships, create partners across a number of platforms such as Tech/Food & Drink/Tourism and many other sectors.

You could eventually work your way up to management, run your own events or have the opportunity for travel.
