What will the apprentice be doing?

We’re looking for an apprentice who likes to work efficiently and work with people. You will shadow our excellent, experienced office team and get full support from our management team.

On a day to day basis you will learn how to:

  • Carry out reception duties and welcome visitors to our school
  • Produce a variety of documents using a wide range of software programmes such as excel, publisher and word
  • Open, sort and distribute post
  • Answer calls (once trained)
  • Maintain stationery stock
  • Other admin tasks as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administration Standard
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required
