What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will encompass removals, self storage and shredding services, and will include: 

  • General receptionist duties including dealing with customer and supplier enquiries via telephone, email and in person (and directing to others as appropriate).
  • Facilitating the sales, booking and payment of removals and booking removal estimates in the diary.
  • Facilitating the sales, booking and ongoing management of self storage units – to include meeting and greeting customers and showing them around.
  • Assisting self storage customers on site – including management of the business suite.
  • Facilitating the sales and payments for the shredding service.
  • Managing customer accounts.
  • Assisting the Office Manger as needed to ensure the efficient running of administrative procedures across all services.
  • Liaising with the Sales Director and Logistics Manager about removal estimates, arrangements and queries.
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager with communications and marketing activities (such as social media, email marketing, data collection etc)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course.

These workshops occur once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre.

You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between you tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work.

If required we can also provide Functional Skills in maths and English throughout your apprenticeship.
