Earn up to £26000 training with an award winning restaurant kitchen team. Working across all kitchen departments, you will be given comprehensive training on how a commercial kitchen works. Once the apprenticeship is completed you will be trained to the level of Senior Commis. Excellent opportunity for a talented chef to progress their career.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Undertaking food preparation and service at both Brighton venues.
Maintaining high levels of hygiene and food standards across the restaurant.
Working amongst a team to ensure customer experience is of the upmost quality.
Working predominantly with seafood, bringing high standards to all dishes.
Learning to create balanced dishes for the menu.
Training in all elements of food allergens .
Managing a kitchen section to ensure smooth and effecient service.

Training to conducted in restaurant kitchens and in house training facility.

Commis Chef Level 2
The restaurants are located in Brighton Lanes district and on Brighton Seafront.
Training will be 5 days a week in the restaurants with 3-4 days per month in our dedicated training facility.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Succesful apprentices will be in a position to move to the level of Senior Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.
