What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide administrative support for Managers across different departments
  • Sort & distribute incoming post - organise & send outgoing post
  • Greeting office visitors & taking phones calls
  • Track stocks of office stationery, placing orders when necessary
  • Assist with bookings for staff e.g. Company events
  • Assist with filing of documentation & digital info
  • Preparing documents by printing, copying & distribution.
