What will the apprentice be doing?

The role of the apprentice finance assistant is busy and varied and the tasks include but are not limited to:

·     Inputting and processing order and invoices

·     Chasing outstanding invoices

·     Assisting with the production of management accounts

·     Working on Sage Accounting and ParentPay systems

·     Supporting the Finance Team with administrative tasks as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Finance Assistant Level 2 apprenticeship provided by Swarm Training on a remote basis. Training will be either one day a week or block release, whatever works best for the company and the successful candidate.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Permanent role within the finance team following the apprenticeship.
