What will the apprentice be doing?
- Daily Checks across all the site infrastructure
- Supporting remotely / in person around 70 users
- Maintain and support company to ensure 24/7 access
- Support mobile device network
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The apprenticeship training is delivered soley in the workplace with assessor visits every 6-8 weeks.
This training will teach you the knowledge, skills and behaviours set out in the Information Communication Technician standard. Functional Skills in Maths and English may also be required depending on current level.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On completion of the apprenticeship the candidate would be offered a full time and more senior role.
