What will the apprentice be doing?

Provide a safe, hygienic, caring and stimulating environment for the children.

Ensure that appropriate standards of Health and Safety are adhered to at all times.

Assist the in the provision of detailed education and activity plans and ensure that activities are implemented as required and appropriately evaluated.

Provide a wide range of stimulating activities while working to agreed timetables and themes.
Liaise with parents/carers and other professionals providing information as appropriate

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The student will have mentoring within the setting as well as college day release once a week to complete the Early Years Standard 

They will learning about Early Years Foundation Stage

Across all 5 of our settings, career progression is vast, with opportunities to gain experience in an outstanding environment and develop your career into roles such as a Qualified Nursery Nurse, SENCo, ENCo, Room Leader, Deputy Manager and Beyond. Development includes the opportunity to embark in further qualifications. We offer a wonderful in-house training scheme, including Alice Sharp webinars, Respectful Care, Forest School and Steiner Storytelling training.
