What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Using your outgoing, warm personality, you will deliver a great customer experience, ensuring that you have great knowledge of all our food and drinks whilst being part of a fun and supportive team.
  • Be responsible for making sure our customers receive the warmest of welcomes and leave our pubs with a reason to return.
  • Other tasks to include general cleaning, taking payments, taking phone calls, liasing between front of house staff and back of house and booking tables/events for customers. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will obtain a Level 2 Qualification upon completion of this apprenticeship, you will be doing your training with Tameside College and may be required to attend some sessions at Tameside One, Wellington Rd, Ashton-under-Lyne OL6 6BL, but training will predominantly be completed in the workplace. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progress to other area's of the business or progress onto higher apprenticeships such as Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor to move into a more senior/management role.
