Customer Service Apprentice SPRINT SIGNS DORCHESTER LIMITED
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to undertake a range of tasks. The position will be situated in the main Dorchester Post Office. Throughout the apprenticeship, the Customer Service Apprentice will learn all about posting, handling cash, DVLA process, Passport Applications and Travel Money.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).Minimum Wage Rates
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. There may be a requirement for Saturday working on 09:30am to 12:30pm on a rota system.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Assist clients will all aspects of posting
- Handle and process large amounts of cash as the Post Office processes large amounts of banking for most high street banks.
- Assist customers in completing passport applications, driver licencing applications, international driving permits and foreign exchange.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Customer Service Apprentice will work towards a L2 Customer Service qualification via Weymouth College and will at the same time have formal training delivered by Dorchester Post Office.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship.
