    Commencing £4.81 per hour, however, this is reviewed on an ongoing basis and, depending on performance, upwardly – key milestones being 3-months (at the cessation of the probationary period), 6-months and 12-months an annually thereafter.

What will the apprentice be doing?

-Drafting letters and memorandums.
-Researching, writing, editing, proof reading documents for grammar, spelling.
-Managing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
-Overseeing independent administrative projects, as appropriate.
-Creating, preparing, and maintaining reports, spreadsheets, and databases.
-Researching questions or issues of interest and providing a report to the WMC.
-Preparing, reviewing and collating fund and portfolio information for clients as required by the WMC.



What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Business Administation Apprentice will work towards a L3 Business Administrator Level 3 qualification via Weymouth College and will at the same time have formal training delivered by Blueberry Wealth Management.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship and for onward progression with financial services qualifications.
