What will the apprentice be doing?
Pioneer Secondary Academy is looking for a keen and enthusiastic individual who would like to begin an exciting career in IT.
A great environment for an individual to grow their knowledge and experience through a very hands-on approach. Full mentoring along with access to industry grade training will be provided.
Duties to include:
- General first line support. Printer/copier hardware. Escalating, liaising with external companies as required
- Install and maintain computer hardware, clients, laptops, audio/visual equipment and peripherals
- AD and Google Classrooms administration
- Problem solving and manage workflow

Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Level 3
Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths if required
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once the Apprenticeship is complete, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be fully integrated into the organisation and help it to continue growing.
