What will the apprentice be doing?

Interested in cars and Customer Service? This is a great opportunity to work for a leading Honda retailer as a Service Advisor.

  • You will be an apprentice in a busy Customer Service environment
  • You will carry out tasks relevant to serving customers, dealing with queries, booking in vehicles and processing payments
  • You will also be partly responsible for maintenance of the Service reception environment

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Practical on the job training will be provided at the Employer
  • You will be working towards a Level 2 Apprenticeship along with Functional Skills in maths & English at Level 2
  • Training consists of a mixture of one to one learning within the Employer, Virtual online training and Block release training at our centre in Bracknell
  • You will also work towards Honda internal qualifications

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
