Firstsource provides business process management in the banking and financial services, customer services, telecom and media, and healthcare sectors. Firstsource are recruiting for a hardworking, dedicated apprentice to work as a Level 2 Customer Service Advisor.

0-6 month £8 per hour, 6 – 12 months £8.50 per hour, 12 + £9.00 per hours (after apprenticeship it will be normal rates of pay)

What will the apprentice be doing?
·We’re a 7-day operation with flexible working hours typically between 7am and 11pm. .
·You’ll take calls from customers with queries on their bank accounts, taking ownership to resolve them at first point of contact or escalating as required.
·You’ll deliver a great customer experience which will be measured by customer satisfaction (NPS), and you’ll work as a team to achieve collective quality targets.
·Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner which will be 1 day, dayrelease at college
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Permanent position if successfully achieve Apprenticeship
