What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Cleaning and reviving old finishes to furniture.
  • Involvement in loading and delivering.
  • Basic upholstery preparation.
  • Minor furniture repair work
  • Developing and understanding and using the relevant hand/power tools and machinery.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Your training will take place within the workplace, you will be given the opportunity to earn as you learn and you will be given full support from experienced staff members whilst working towards gaining an Furniture Manufacturer Level 2 qualification.
