What will the apprentice be doing?
Reporting to the Quality Manager
Duties to include:
You will be required to work closely with personnel at all levels, both internal and external, to effectively compile all the necessary documents required to certify our products in accordance with customer requirements.
Due to the nature of the role we require the suitable candidate to have a very high level of attention to detail. The production of certificates of conformance within strict industry requirements. The ability to reach technical drawing and plans will be an essential part of this role and you must be able to communicate with people at all levels either written or verbally.
Use of IT - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint etc)

- Filing
- Scanning
- Answering telephone calls – liaise with clients where necessary
