What will the apprentice be doing?

The successful candidates will be placed within a team of metal stud fixers on one of our prestigious London projects to learn all aspects of the drylining trade to include;

·         Material schedules from detailed drawings.

·         Loading of the correct material to the work face

·         The setting out of partitions and ceilings using the detailed drawings and measuring equipment.

·         Installation of the metal stud partitions and ceilings to include the plasterboard finish using suitable small tools.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

NOCN Cskills Awards Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Interior Systems (Construction) - Dry Lining Fixing.

25 weekly zoom lessons of core training, followed by specialist training for the duration of your apprenticeship.

4 Mobile workshop visits on site per year.


What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Joining our experienced workforce of over 800 in number to help construct some of the most prestigious residential and commercial properties in London.  With the right application the successful apprentices could, in time, set up their own company and have their own workforce working for Conneely Group.  Other paths to success are available.
