What will the apprentice be doing?
Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd was established in 1976 and are a global leader who design, create and build solutions for slitting and rewinding technology within a wide variety of industries. Their products and solutions are recognised as top level in the production of primary and secondary slitter rewinders with over 4,500 machine installations in over 80 countries around the world. The successful applicant will be motivated to follow a career in Electrical Engineering. Part of the apprentice's role will include:
• Build new production machines.
• Install / fitting of new machines, new components and assemblies.
• Use hand tools and learn skilled fitting techniques.
• Gain experience in all Engineering and Production departments.
• Fault finding / testing.
