The successful candidate will study a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Progression routes could be to specialize in one area of the business or other parts of the business as well as the opportunity to progress onto a higher level qualification.
