What will the apprentice be doing?

- Managing general office duties to ensure company processes run smoothly - Assisting with director duties - Corresponding with clients, customers, and suppliers - Guest communication - Assist with property inspections - Liaising daily with the Housekeeping team ensuring all special requests and guest requirements are fulfilled - Work closely with Director of Operations, taking on duties that they have assigned to you

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
