What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a cross over role for the right candidate to fit in between the two departments with day to day coordination of cases and assisting with processes.

For the sales element it would be to follow the sales team’s instructions to gain information to enable the creation of quotes for work opportunities they are working on to win.

  • Support the Sales Team Lead with quotes and the completion of documents, and forms
  • Data Input onto spreadsheets
  • Some telephone communication with clients, but mainly via email

The very service role will be:

  • Monitor incoming case requests, verify them and pass them on to the correct partner/partners
  • Keeping in contact with both the customer and partner with updates to the status of the case.
  • Follow up to ensure the case has been dealt with

Very different to the generic service desk roles as you will be dealing with clients from all over the world. You should have an interest in IT/Tech and full training will be provided.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Admin. Our courses are remote learning, via teams which is held once a month but we always on hand to support more when needed. Face to face training can be accomodated if required.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
