What will the apprentice be doing?

Providing general administration support to the office. Help manage prospective staff members Booking staff members onto training and work inductions Answering incoming calls. Dealing with incoming/outgoing correspondence. Pre-screening candidates prior to interview process. Gathering professional and academic references. Providing a dynamic and effective response to candidate queries. Providing support to the Managing Director and Management Team.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 Customer Services Practitioner Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression opportunities include the possibility of a permanent role or higher level qualification.
