What will the apprentice be doing?
- To operate in compliance with the company's management systems and legal obligations.
- To assist quality assurance managers responsibilities for administration, ensuring records are updated and maintained.
- Updating health and safety policies, procedures, auditing and risk assessments.
- Updating ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies, procedures and process auditing.
- Reducing the potential for errors to occur and promoting continuous improvement.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence.
You will be expected to work towards the Business Administration L3 Apprenticeship Standard, with support from
your employer and the Chesterfield College Group.
As part of your apprenticeship, and dependent on your prior attainment, you may be required to complete maths and English Functional Skills which is an integral part of your apprenticeship. Upon successful completion you will be awarded additional certificates of recognition for these qualifications.
A mixture of face-to-face and remote visits every 4-6 weeks. 24-hour access to course learning materials. On the job training with a designated mentor. Reviews every 6-8 weeks with your work-based tutor and line manager/mentor. Feedback sessions to discuss progress
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Permanent position to successful applicant with progression on to the quality practitioner level 4 Apprenticship. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Workwear and safety shoes provided. Excellent opportunity and growth to progress a career.
