What will the apprentice be doing?
- Prioritise and respond to tickets via the helpdesk
- Rectify IT faults effectively – run diagnostics and troubleshoot issues
- Monitor and report on helpdesk efficiency
- Ensure all IT equipment is preforming to a great standard and upgrade equipment where needs be
- Support users in their use of all ICT systems e.g. SIMS
- Provide technical advice for trust staff, governors, all schools and other stakeholders such as parents and the trust’s wider community e.g. Wireless BYOD
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.Upon completion of this apprenticeship you will receive a full level 3 advanced qualification.

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in IT. Upon completion of your level 3 programme we offer the opportunity to enroll onto our level 4 apprenticeship programme.
