What will the apprentice be doing?
- Working with the team to develop the garden and implement the design to the customers / designers specification.
- Respect the health and safety requirements as laid down by the company.
- Be expected to work outside in all weathers.
- Assist skilled team members in the construction of fencing, decking, brickwork, patios and walls. Also soft landscaping i.e. planting and turfing.
- Keep site clean, tidy and safe
- Deal with our customers in a polite and responsible way, and be an integral part of the team.
- Our company is well known for our high professional standards and we expect our apprentices to help uphold these and aspire to be the best.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 2 Apprenticeship
- 1 day a week at college
- Start September 2022
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Possibility of a full-time contract upon completion of Apprenticeship.
- Training and exposure to experience in all aspects of a very varied industry.
