Working five days a week in a Childcare setting one week and attending a training centre in Liverpool city centre for one day every 2 weeks. Candidate will be assessed in the work place towards a nationally recognised qualification. You will again invaluable work experience whilst being paid the minimum training allowance.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Toileting duties ie: changing nappies and taking toddlers to the toilet as and when required to do so.

Feeding Children during snack times and lunch times.

Communicating effectively with Children and parents.

Doing risk assessments in the nursery setting.

Daily planning of activities for the children.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Childcare standard Intermediate apprenticeship Level 2

Training will be delivered in house and at our training centre one day every 2 weeks.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Once candidate has achieved the Childcare Level 2 standard the Candidate can progress onto thier Level 3 Childcare standard or consider progressing onto a Leadership and management Level 3 standard.

Once Level 2 has been achieved our Sales consultants will give candidate advice and guidance as to thier next steps.
