What will the apprentice be doing?

Daily tasks would include but not be limited to:

• Daily bank reconciliations
• Maintenance the purchase ledger through timely and accurate processing of purchase invoices and reconciliations with supplier statements
• Liaising with other departments and suppliers to ensure all costs are recorded and approved for payment
• Processing of journals
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Providing analysis of sales and expenditure to the Head of Finance and Directors
• Producing reconciliations for balance sheet items at month end
