What will the apprentice be doing?

The role will include key responisibilities:
• Keep the office area tidy and presentable
• Answering & routing phone calls in accordance with office policies.
• Greet & direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers.
• Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.
• Franking machine maintenance
• Responsible for office post
• Maintaining Clinician uniform stock
• Storing delivery notes
• Keeping the meeting rooms presentable and setting them up for meetings

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training learning all aspects of office work will gain a qualification in Business Admin level 3
