What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking for someone with great communication and organisational skills with a hunger to learn and develop. You’ll be excited and keen to start your career as a valued member of the Jee team, working towards completing your Level 3 Business Apprenticeship. With a friendly and enthusiastic manner, you’ll enjoy assisting the team and business with a proactive and customer-focused approach. You’ll have a keen interest in task ownership and overall training delivery and execution. You’ll develop the skills you need to answer queries confidently and solve problems. You’ll also be comfortable asking questions and working with your colleagues in the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Through support from your manager and the wider team, over the course of your apprenticeship you will:
- Advance your administrative and organisational skills, supporting the execution and logistics for all of their external training, both face-to-face and virtual.
- Plan and schedule all training programmes, working closely with your colleagues within Jee, course tutors and client teams.
- Contribute to the planning, delivery or evaluation of sales and marketing activities.
- Support the development of the company CRM database and CRM system.
- Ensure that company procedures are followed, and records updated as per company policy.
- Build confidence in your professional communication skills by liaising with clients and acting as the first point of contact for general queries, as well as following up on tutors and delegates on pre-work/post-work for their courses.
- Monitor and analyse course attendance and feedback.
- Work collaboratively within their team and the business - they are well known for being a friendly, helpful, and diverse group of people.
- Work autonomously - Jee value your opinion and want to hear your suggestions on how to move things forward.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Training will be provided on how to use Microsoft word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams and Outlook.
- Learner will complete Level 3 Business administration apprenticeship.
- Functionals Skills if learners don't hold GCSE grade C/4 or above.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship attached to this position should be completed in around 12-18 months, with the intention of a permanent full-time role for the right candidate once this has been completed.
