What will the apprentice be doing?

The role involves:

  • Stock Control/Replenishment and associated paperwork.
  • Assist with deliveries ensuring they match the order, marking up stock to jobs.
  • Preparation of O & M Manuals.
  • Speaking to engineers, customers, answering e-mail/ phone queries.
  • Inputting data on to the Company’s database.
  • Project support.
  • General admin duties.
  • Greeting visitors.
  • Asset collation.
  • Inputting data on to the Company’s database.

Future tasks:

  • Logging service/PPM calls.
  • PPM Scheduling.
  • Processing out of hours calls.
  • Processing engineers PPM paperwork.
  • Update and submit customers weekly progress reports.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship standard.
  • Level 2 functional skills Maths and English if required.
