What will the apprentice be doing?Communicating with customers over telephone and by email / chat. Preparing order quotes, taking orders over the phone. Acquire in-depth product knowledge which will help in dealing with customer queries, generating sales orders. Chasing late deliveries and payments, dealing with returns, dealing with complaints, liaising with courier companies for lost shipments and claims, sending invoices to customers. Daily duties include generating sales orders, preparing invoices, scanning etc.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service Functional Skills, if required
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?There will be a full time position available for the right candidate on completion.
