We are looking for an office assistant to support with the every day running of the business - the ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn new skills.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Your working week will be varied but typical roles and responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and Greeting Clients
- Reception telephone duties
- Maintaining office standards
- Preparing meeting rooms and diary management
- Stationery supply and ordering
- Photocopier maintenance
- Administrative support to other staff
- Archiving
- Filing
- Shredding
There are two positions available - 1 at our Romsey office and 1 at our Shirley office.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)
Much of the training will be undertaken ‘on the job’, supported by regular visits from a qualified assessor. There will also be a requirement for you to attend workshops on a regular basis
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The Firm fully supports job progression and following a satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship the successful candidate is likely to be offered continued employment with a rise in salary.
