What will the apprentice be doing?

Meeting and greeting customers

Translating policies into required languages

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Undertake training where required by the business and have an open approach to learning.

Business Administrator Level 3 Qualification.

Training will take place both on the job at Gateway2housing, and off the job with the training provider Protocol, who are situated in Birmingham city centre where first stage screening interviews will be held. Training will be 6 hours per week on site and 1 day every 6 weeks at the training centre. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Full time role for the right candidate once completed apprenticeship.
